Terms. The fine print.

mana.sarl is run by HIRE SOLAH ENTERPRISE (registration no. 202403296986 (CT0143106-H)), a business registered in Malaysia — “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms.

Mana hasn’t launched. Everything on this site describes a product we’re still building, so please read it that way:

• Specifications, features, battery life, weight and the release date are targets, and may change before launch.
• The device shown in photos and the film is a prototype; the final product may look different.
• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no price has been set.

• Joining is free, and doesn’t commit you to buying anything.
• It doesn’t reserve a unit or guarantee availability, a delivery date or a particular price.
• Where we offer early access or launch pricing to people on the list, the details — and any terms that come with them — will be set out at launch.
• Please sign up with your own email address only. We may remove entries that look automated, duplicated or abusive.
• You can leave at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

What we say here about heart rate, sleep, recovery and other health features is general information about a product in development. It isn’t medical advice, and Mana isn’t intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about your health.

Use the site lawfully and as intended. Don’t try to interfere with it, overload it, scrape it, get around its security, or sign other people up without their permission.

The Mana name, logo, designs, text, film and other content on this site belong to HIRE SOLAH ENTERPRISE or the people who license them to us. Lifestyle photography is used under the Unsplash License and credited on the home page. You’re welcome to share links to the site; please don’t copy or reuse its content without asking.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or that Mana will launch as described — or at all.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms as Mana develops. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms. Buying Mana, when it’s available, will come with its own terms of sale.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
