Privacy. Kept short.

Mana is made by HIRE SOLAH ENTERPRISE (registration no. 202403296986 (CT0143106-H)), a business registered in Malaysia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hi@solahidris.com.

When you join the waitlist, we keep:

• Your email address — the one thing you type in.
• How you found us — if the link you followed carried a tag (such as ?ref=), we note it, so we know which links people share.
• Your country — worked out by our hosting provider from your connection. Never your precise location.
• Your browser and device type — the standard description your browser sends with every request.
• When you signed up.

That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, payment details or any health information, and the site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Like any website, our hosting provider also processes technical data — such as your IP address — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

• To email you when Mana launches, and about early access or launch pricing for people on the list.
• To understand, in aggregate, where interest is coming from — which countries, which links.
• To keep the list free of automated and abusive sign-ups.

We will never sell or rent your email address, and we don’t use it for advertising. You’ll hear from us rarely — the page says “one email at launch”, and we mean it.

The list is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and may be processed on servers outside Malaysia. When we send the launch email, we’ll use an email delivery provider to do it. Beyond these service providers, who act on our instructions, we share your data only if the law requires us to.

For as long as you stay on the list, and no longer than we need it to tell you about Mana’s launch. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your entry. If Mana doesn’t go ahead, we delete the list.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent and have it deleted. Email hi@solahidris.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll act on it within 21 days. Every email we send will also have a one-click unsubscribe.

We keep the list in a private database that only we can read, and we limit what we collect in the first place. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever went wrong with your data, we’d tell you.

The waitlist isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has signed up, let us know and we’ll remove them.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the email you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you before it applies.
